This is my first post on here and I am planning to use this as a place to dump my thoughts on various topics without a lot of editing. Think of it like journal entries, that I want to share with you. The depths and breadths of love are never ending. As time passes, love becomes sweeter, more familiar, friendlier and meaningful. The depth of our love towards others can only match the level of self love we have towards ourselves. It is through knowing us and loving us, we become aware of the possibilities of the true capacity of heart. Where we step away form the analytical mind into the realm of appreciating emotions. To let oneself feel, without judging the feeling is a huge part of self acceptance. I want to be more in touch with my deepest feelings instead of running away from them. Being vulnerable means confronting our feelings, both the happy and unhappy kind. To know myself, from the inside is something only I am capable of, while others can give me feedback from their perspective. Both of these are equally important for self discovery.
